Thank you for shopping with SoulShine Serenity! Most of our apparel and accessories are created especially for you when your order is placed.
Processing and Fulfillment
Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated U.S. Delivery
Once your order has been fulfilled:

Standard shipping: Approximately 3–4 business days

Express shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Split Shipments
Items may be produced or fulfilled at different facilities. Because of this, products from the same order may arrive separately. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Contact us immediately at soulshineserenity@gmail.com if an address needs to be corrected. We will make every effort to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has begun.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was entered during checkout.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays. If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow an additional three business days before contacting us.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. Then contact us so we can help review the situation.
International Shipping
International shipping may be offered to select locations at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
