Thank you for shopping with SoulShine Serenity. Because our apparel and accessories are created especially for you when your order is placed, all sales are generally final.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color
  • Changes of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Email soulshineserenity@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the item and the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders are submitted for fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change.

We will make every effort to help, but cancellations, address changes, product changes, and size changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund is related to an error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect product.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at soulshineserenity@gmail.com so we can review the tracking information and help determine the next steps.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
